• Bring sprinklers back online and confirm good spray patterns

• Remove exterior faucet covers and/or turn on shutoff valves 

​

• Remove garden hoses from storage and place near faucets 

​

• Remove deck furniture from storage and place on deck/patio 

​

• Move ice melt & container to storage 

​

• Clean AC condenser and remove any debris inside unit 

​

• Turn on gas values to exterior fire pits and grills 

​

• Switch ceiling fans to turn counter clockwise 

​

• Check landscaping lights and confirm properly operating
